Counting Your Blessings!

Have you ever heard the phrase "count your blessings?" 

Well I had a Word of Knowledge from the Lord last night about our blessings and how they outnumber the sands of the sea, which includes all the sand on earth, for even the bottom of the sea is coated with the sands!  

Then it dawned on me how many blessings He through His redemptive work on the Cross has poured out upon our heads, for if the number of our blessings outnumber the sands of the sea, it is because those blessings continue throughout ETERNITY!  So, how could their number have any end?  

If you are down today, please lift up your head!  Tell the devil to get behind you!  Pray for forgiveness for your sins, and get in right thinking, agreement and right standing with God?  Do it every morning,  for "great is thy faithfulness, His mercies are new every morning."  (Isaiah 3:23).

Rejoice! This is the Day that the Lord Hath Made!

Our God is such an awesome God!  Do you know that?  I mean do you REALLY KNOW THAT?

If you are not a saved believer, and you have been reading this blog, and feeling a tug on your very soul...that is not just my words.  It is the Spirit and the Word of God that you are reading that are convicting your spirit to come home, or become a brand new believer...oh what precious joy in Heaven is heard when a lost soul comes to Christ!  I rejoice with the Angels every day!  For "When the fullness of the Gentiles,"  (Romans 11:25), happens, meaning the last Gentile on earth is saved, it will trigger the Rapture!  PRAISE GOD!  WE ARE GOING HOME SOON CHURCH!

Even if I am the only one who ever reads this blog, I will continue to shout to the blogosphere until I can't type anymore!  I will NEVER GIVE UP, and I will NEVER STOP SOUNDING THE ALARM!  God is using me....I know He is!  He has TOLD ME HE WOULD! 

Guess what?  He wants to use you too!  Are you are a "Barnabus?"  I challenge you this week to find a downtrodden co worker, a friend from church that you know is having a hard time, and just lift them up!  Be a friend, be a standard bearer for the Love of Christ and trust me, good things are going to happen to you!  Why?  Because "God works all things together for good for those who love him and are called according to his purposes in Christ Jesus!" (Romans 8:28).

He died for us!  Taking all of our sins upon himself, he walked up Calvary's way and stretched his arms as far as they would go, to show you His love for you!   The thief, Satan comes to kill and destroy!  Jesus came so that you might have life and live it more abundantly! (John 10:10)

If you need a heart to hear your troubles, please call.  Please don't wait?  We are going home very soon, which is, I feel, why God has placed it upon my heart to start screaming out of the darkness that the Light has come!  Jesus is about to snatch his Bride from the snares of this earthly place,  so we can live in perfect peace, with no blemish, in new perfect bodies, and live with Christ in eternity forever!  Sound cool?  Man it's going to be WAY cooler than you could ever imagine!

If you are a prodigal son/daughter of God, please come home?  If you don't know Jesus and want to become a Christian and need someone to pray with you, please call!  I will pray with you!  It's a free line, no charge to call.  So please, call?  I would love to talk, counsel and befriend you.  It is my calling to "Be A Barnabus!"   If this blog reaches one person and changes their life, then my mission is already fulfilled!  But I am trusting God for a "loaves and fishes," kind of effect!  Let's reach out to one another in love!

Are you ready?  For the final act has already begun!  Yes, Come Lord Jesus, Come!  We are desperate for you Lord!  Please rain down upon us your loving mercy and fill our hearts with joy instead of angst, nervousness, fear, anxiety....let us live in your light, rather than in the darkness around us Lord!  Protect us in our way oh precious Savior.  Amen!

I just wanted to take a moment to praise God for all he's doing in my life.  Is he working in your life too?  I truly pray that He is providing "all of your needs in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19).

Is Satan Keeping You Down?

We all do battle with the devil.  We do it every day.  Some of us feel it, see it, know what it is, and other's do not.  Some of us have been taught how to combat it, but others have not.  The Word of God is the best COUNSELOR you could ever have!  It is "God's Instructions for Living," and will keep you a happy, fulfilled and Victorious Christian if you learn certain principles of the mind, and "Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes," (Ephesians 6:11) so that you are able to combat Satan and his Minions and WIN!

The lesson in that scripture is to "KNOW YOUR ENEMY!"  How else can we defeat Satan if we don't know how he works????  Until about 20 minutes ago, I have had a really bad day.  I woke up feeling oppressed.  It took me several hours to figure out that demons were holding me down by my arms and legs.  It's probably why they hurt so bad today.  Yes, I do have an illness known as fibromyalgia which will knock you down, but nothing like this!  It was so encompassing and oppressive...like having an elephant sitting on you! 

I read a book several years ago called "This Present Darkness," by Frank Peritti.  There were demons, and angels fighting the whole way through the book over the fictional hero of the story and it was a  fantastic description of the powers around us that are continually fighting over us!  Ephesians 6:20 says "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."

I want to encourage you that you don't have to live defeated!  If you get up and don't feel well, don't just sit there!  Go help someone!  Do your devotional, and "Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life."  (Proverbs 4:23).  I forgot to do that this morning, and until I asked God just a little while ago, to send his angels to help remove this oppressive demonic activity, I was paralyzed!  I told the devil to flee and like that, the oppression that has been on me most of the day was gone.  At the name of Jesus he will flee, did you know that?  (James 4:7).

I hope you found a push here today.  Don't let Satan stop you!  Do the work of God and you will be blessed!  In our obedience to Him, we are storing eternal rewards that nobody can ever take from us!  

So when you walk thru your daily life......pray for opportunities!  God will show them to you if you have FAITH!  Believe me when you hear Him calling, you will KNOW IT!  "My sheep listen to my voice, they know me and they follow me."  (John 10:27).

Let your own healing begin, so we can start to heal others that do not even know, understand or comprehend God's word!  

Come on Church!  Let's Go!  Healing Rain is Falling Down!  Claim that healing power in Christ's name!  Amen??? 

DO IT ANYWAY!!!!!!

I was watching an episode of Joyce Meyer yesterday, and she was talking about the power of the mind over the devil! 

That when we wake each day, we have an opportunity to make a choice.  Live by what we feel - "Oh, I feel so yukky today."  "Oh.....I just wanna stay in bed...I'm so depressed..."  Okay, now go ahead..tell me you haven't felt like that before?  Did it ruin your entire day?

That's because when you agree that how you feel is how you are going to think all day, you set yourself up for instant defeat.  Next time you do, note all the things that happen with your relationships that day, because I guarantee they might be damaged by your behavior due to how you "feel."  We can't live life by how we feel!  Emotions just cannot be trusted!  The devil uses them to deceive and taunt us into feeling the way HE wants us to feel!

Instead - before climbing out of bed, claim God's promise.  "This is the day that the Lord hath made!  I WILL rejoice and be glad in  it!"  (Psalms 118:24).

What she seemed to be trying to get across is that we all need to check our "self talk,"  and casting out thoughts that do not meet scriptural approval.

Kay Arthur, the famous bible teacher, once said, "If it doesn't match that scripture, don't let your mind dwell on that thought!  Toss it out!"  She was referring to Philippians 4:8 which says "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things."

Okay, so now you know why I don't go to horror movies!  lol.

So take it from one who knows, this does work!  "Power Thoughts," is a book just out by Joyce Meyer.  If you have trouble with "stinkin thinkin," that continually ruins your day, steals your joy, please go and  Get a copy right from her website and sign up for her Daily Devotional as well and take those few extra minutes over your morning coffee, or turn off the radio in the car on the way to work and just converse with your heavenly father!  He's always there and he's always listening?  

When the devil puts a thought in your mind, if it doesn't meet Philippians 4:8?  TOSS IT!  Tell the devil out loud, "I don't agree with you!"  The devil cannot hear your thoughts, but he can hear your words.  Jesus talked to him!  He said, "Get thee behind me Satan!"  (Matthew 16:23).  Did you know that Satans demons shrink at the very name of Christ!!!!  So say it out loud!  "Devil, in the name of Jesus Christ my saviour, TAKE A HIKE!"  

Trust me.  When you wake up, with a bad attitude?  You're gonna have a bad day.  Just set that alarm for a little earlier?  Talk to God about your day, and claim His promises out loud.  "I was chosen before the foundations of the world to be holy and blameless in Him," (Ephesians 1:4), so I can do this!"  

Look in that mirror and trust God, in faith, for we "cannot please Him without faith", (Hebrews 11:6),  and remind yourself that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," (Philippians 4:13).  Maybe that could include getting through the day with a smile on your face, a song in your heart and the desire to reach out to those who may not know Jesus!   Ask God  for opportunities to save a lost soul or offer a kind word to someone who needs it today, rather than brushing them off and then?  Go out and CONQUER!   "We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us!"  (Romans 8:37) and "We are all children of God!"  (Romans 8:16).

Go out and help someone else, and I guarantee you won't feel so bad about your situation anymore!  You will realize that your pity party is nothing compared to that family you are watching move out of their foreclosed home across the street as you walk to your car to go to your job.  Hey, at the very least, say a prayer for them and commit to pray for their circumstances?  As encouragement goes, it's just a warm up I know...a true soft ball...just to commit to pray for one family?  Even if you never know what happens to them?  TRUST AND HAVE FAITH!  GOD HEARS YOUR PRAYERS - HE HEARS YOUR BURDEN, HE KNOWS THEIR BURDEN!  HE FEELS IT WITH YOU!  SO PRAY ANYWAY!  COMMIT ANYWAY!  DO IT ANYWAY!

Hello and welcome to Christian Encouragers!

I have started this blog to share inspiration to help others, share stories from others about the miracles they are seeing in their lives, because even the little things can mean something huge to someone else reading it?  You just never know?  

I have been disabled for a few years now and I have grown weary of my pity party.  God has awoken a new surge of passion in me and that is to ENCOURAGE THOSE WHO ARE DOWNTRODDEN!

This site will offer many wonderful outlets, resources and other things, but most of all, it will offer a free phone number to call and talk, with me, and hopefully others who will be willing to join me in this quest put on my heart by God Himself just last night, that the world is suffering, most of it right in our own backyards, and they don't know they are dying in their sins because they know not Christ!

The country is growing increasingly violent:
The govt. is plunging us into debt that will no doubt lead to the great economical collapse mentioned in Revelation, which will lead to a one world govt and world dominance will no longer be an issue, America will no longer be a factor if we don't hit our knees in this country and return to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob!  2 Chronicles 7:14 - "If my People who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven and shall heal their land."

The days are near folks.  We have very little time for the "fullness of the Gentiles," is near at hand!  When that last Gentile is saved, it will trigger the rapture of the Church!
